Jordanelle Marina

Please join PCMSC for a morning of paddle activity at Jordanelle Reservoir.  We will meet at the Marina sports store above the main boat ramp at 8:30 AM sharp so that we can be on the water by 9 AM.

We will have access to their kayaks and SUP’s for 2 hours for $15.00 (half price), PFD’s included.  To assist Jordanelle Marina we need to reserve our equipment the day before.

For this week, you must email  at no later than noon Wednesday if you want a rental, and let him know how many each of: SUPs, one or two person kayaks. If you don’t do this we can’t promise rentals will be available.  If there are more requests than equipment, they will be given on a first reserved basis. Note that if there is enough equipment available, you can switch any time to another item.

Club activity release waivers will be completed at the sports desk.

A social/story period will take place after paddling for those interested.  Bring food, drinks and whatever else you want.

The information below should answer most questions, but feel free to contact Bruce Morra for additional help:  email: – Cell: 862-812-3880.

If you are interested in helping out with less experienced paddlers during the outings, or would like to host an outing, please call or email: Bruce Morra (862-812-3880),

Take Hwy 40 to exit 8. Turn toward reservoir.  Enter park (1/2 mile) then follow signs to the marina or ask attendant.

If you participate in the Paddling Program and have your own equipment, PFD and paddle, the only cost involved is the entrance fee to the State Park.  You can purchase a “Senior Adventure Pass” if you are over 62 for $35.  This is a real bargain because you can use it for a full year at any of the wonderful state parks in Utah.  If you are under 62, the cost is $75 for the year – still a bargain considering the price of our annual ski passes!  Carload day passes are $5 for 62 and over, and $10 for a driver under 62. (Weekend day passes are $8 and $15.)
